We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery charges
- FREE delivery on orders of AED 200 and above.
- A flat delivery fee of AED 20 applies to orders below AED 200.
Delivery time
- Dubai: 1 to 2 working days.
- Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: 2 to 3 working days.
- Orders placed before [ADD CUT-OFF TIME, e.g. 2pm] on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
- Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sale periods or due to events outside our control.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery (COD) is available across the UAE. Online payment options are shown at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp with delivery details. Our courier partner will contact you before delivery.
Failed or refused deliveries
Please make sure your phone number and address are correct. If a delivery fails because the customer cannot be reached, or a cash-on-delivery order is refused without a valid reason, we may ask for prepayment on future orders.
