Yes, we deliver to all seven emirates. Dubai orders usually arrive in 1 to 2 working days and other emirates in 2 to 3 working days.

Delivery is free on orders of AED 200 and above. Orders below AED 200 have a flat AED 20 delivery fee.

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE. You pay the courier when your order arrives.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp, and the courier will contact you before delivery.

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we will happily change or cancel it.

Unopened and unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept hair that has been opened, worn or styled. See our Return & Refund Policy.
